Mission

In support of the Inglewood Unified School District’s principles, values, vision and mission, it is the mission of the Human Resources Department to support the total operation in meeting its goals through its most valuable resource – its PEOPLE.

Human Resources is dedicated to promoting, through personalized customer service, the recruitment, selection and retention of highly qualified employees who will effectively serve and meet the needs of our students and the community at large.
